Company History
Cambridge water pump services is a family owned and operated business which has been proving high quality water pump and water filtration solutions throughout the Waikato for over 30 years.
Originally founded by Mike and Irene Vagg, the company steadily grew over the years thanks to the reliable services which they provided, attracting a great customer base with many satisfied results and relationships which continue to this day.
Following retirement in June 2016, Mike and Irene sold the business to its current owners the Bovill Family, who they entrusted to carry the business into the future. Thanks to retaining key staff members, especially Mike's right-hand man David Lindsay and operating from its original workshop, the customers of Cambridge Water pumps experienced a seamless change of hands
Coming from a farming background on Waikato's rugged west coast, the Bovill's understood the importance of providing reliable and honest water services to the rural community. This, along with Sean Bovill's experience and knowledge working in the water pump industry for many years, has allowed the Bovill's to grow the business and continue to provide the excellent service and industry knowledge which has been provided over the years.
